Our pledge
That over 100 volunteers will support parents, helping them overcome difficulties in the family and provide their children and young people with a supportive, loving home in which they can thrive and achieve their potential.
Our latest projects:
At our Celebrating Volunteers event during Volunteers Week in early June, 45 of our volunteers were joined by Nigel Richardson, Leeds City Council Director of Children’s Services, who thanked them for their commitment to many children and families and told them how important they were in helping make Leeds Child Friendly.
The event was held in Pinsent Masons, solicitor’s boardroom on Park Rowm with the child friendly Leeds logo on display. Our DCS was introduced to senior management at Pinsents to build further business links in promoting child friendly Leeds.
